Cook 1 Lb. of Organic Split Peas in 8 cups of Spring Water for 55 minutes
Then add all the items below and cook another hour or until YOU think it has the texture you like:
2 stalks of celery diced
A bunch of baby carrots diced
5 cloves of garlic diced
1/2 of onion diced, you could use more if you like
2 potatoes cubed, maybe 3
1 Vegan Vegetable Boullion cube
Spices:
Bay Leaf, take out somewhere in the process :)
Thyme, sprinkle AMAYL*
Basil, sprinkle AMAYL*
Parsley, sprinkle AMAYL*
Oregano, sprinkle AMAYL*, but take it easy on this one
Curry, sprinkle AMAYL*
Cayenne, sprinkle AMAYL*
Sea Salt, sprinkle AMAYL*
I will be experimenting each time I make this seeking "the perfect soup".
