ReplyDeleteWill this help me lose pounds(I'm 150 want to get down to about 125-130)? This looks tasty enough to eat 3Xday.

Hi Tammy,
DeleteEating healthy will result in weight loss for sure. Especially because you replace typical carb-rich breakfast foods like bread, bagels, and bad cereals with vegetable soup or salads. You will notice those cravings for junk food in the late-morning, afternoon will weaken as you faithfully eat veggies and protein for breakfast.
Mike
Hey, Mike after yesterday you gave me your blogspot at Barnes and Nobel, I read the ingredients to your vegetable soup, what do you mean by pure water? Is it a brand or do you mean sink water?
ReplyDeleteMike, What is meant by "Pure Water" is "Spring Water" or "Purified Water". Never use tap/sink water, it's loaded with unhealthy things. You could use tap water if you filter it with a high quality filter. I use "Spring Water" that I buy at the Health Food Store.
