  1. What a beautiful thing to have a strong, healthy back. Especially as one grows older. And it's possible to cure most back problems or at least improve the health of your back and eliminate most or all pain. Core strength is key, but most need to begin with Chiropractic evaluation, then move into the basics: Walking, Weight Loss, Tai Chi, Core Strength Movements. I even incorporate some Yoga, Pilates, and Hula movements. You Can Do It. Start Today!!!
