IS "CORN" HEALTHY?

"Traditional Chinese Medicine" utilizes CORN in its healing methods. So, yes, corn can be healthy. But corn is not healthy if it is non-organic and/or genetically modified. So you want to purchase a SPROUTED CORN that is "certified organic" as well as "certified / verified Non-GMO". Corn is best eaten in the summer and fall months. Corn is nice and sweet and can be a great substitute for those trying to kick the sugar habit! But like most grains it should only be eaten sporadically!!!
